These tapes are generally made with an exposed reflective surface that may be protected by a thin organic coating to provide enhanced durability. Sheldahl gold tapes are used by several F1 teams and as well by high end motorsport and aerospace customers. Clarendon is the Sheldahl official motorsport distributor.
